Sori Yanagi Stainless Steel Butter Beater

This finely made spatula or turner has an ergonomic handle allowing for a firm balanced grip. The extra thin tip allows the utensil to be easily flexed to slide beneath food. Perfect for turning eggs, burgers or pancakes.  This utensil can also be used to quickly whisk eggs. A hole on the end of the handle allows for hanging when not in use.
