When it comes to fishing dumplings or vegetables out of the water, the skimmer is the perfect tool. With its long and curved-ended handle, the ladle is also easy to hang up, making it a pleasant eye-catching feature in the kitchen and ensuring that it is always within arms reach.

Enamel is made from iron fused with glass at high temperatures, therefore it’s made from natural raw materials.  The non-porous, smooth, glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene, as it’s flavour-neutral, prevents bacteria growth and is easy to clean.

When used and cared for properly, enamelware can provide years of enjoyment.  Please note:

• Some parts of the steel plate, such as the edges around the small holes, are not glazed due to the nature of the manufacturing process.  Leaving these areas wet can cause rust. 
• If you drop or hit enamelware with something it won’t break but may chip.
• If the outer porcelain layer does chip, the steel beneath naturally oxidises and the enamelware remains safe to use.
• To prevent rusting of a chip a small amount of cooking oil can be rubbed on an exposed surface.
• It is recommended to wash and dry enamelware by hand.  For tougher stains soak bicarbonate soda or lemon juice on the stain for half an hour and wash as normal. 
• Avoid using harsh cleaning products or aids such as steel wool or scourers as these can scratch the surface.
