Fog Linen Work Brass Wall Shelf Medium

Versatile, hand-made shelf of warm, antiqued brass. Install this is any room of your home where you need a compact, organising feature. Two screws are included, but it's important to know what material you are working with prior to installation. Ask your contractor if you are unsure as you may need different screws.

Note: When installed properly, the brass shelf holds 3 kg. When installing into sheetrock, it is recommended using drywall anchors. When installing into hard woods, pre-drill pilot holes for the brass screws and use a drill-driver that will allow you to limit the torque applied to the screw.

Please note:  brass is naturally resistant to corrosion, but like all metals will slowly oxodise and change in appearance with touch and with use and though exposure to moisture and oxygen in the air.  This process is part of the nature of the metal and brings with it a beautiful patina of use.  Over time the metal will darken and dull off in appearance.  If users wish to retain a bright polished look, ordinary metal polishes can be used with a soft cloth.  Excessive exposure to moisture may lead to more extreme corrosion such as bright green-blue to grey colourations which should be removed and avoided.
