Fitted with Alexander's corrosion-resistant grinding mechanism, featuring a durable food-safe plastic composite (40% glass), the mill is specifically engineered for grinding salt. The adjustable mechanism allows you to choose a fine or coarse grind, while Alexander's precision 3D Cut system crushes the salt in three stages—first cracking the crystals, then cutting them into smaller pieces, before finally grinding them to your chosen consistency. This process delivers a fast, even grind while helping to maximise flavour.
