Fitted with Alexander's robust steel grinding mechanism, the mill features an adjustable setting for fine or coarse grinding. The precision 3D Cut system grinds peppercorns in three stages—first cracking each peppercorn, then cutting it into smaller pieces, before finally grinding it to your chosen consistency. This process delivers a fast, even grind while helping to maximise flavour and aroma.
