Please note:

Enamelware is known for its durability and resistance to breaking; however, it is porcelain fused onto steel and so can chip when dropped or handled roughly. Chips do not make it unsafe to use, as the steel naturally oxidises. 

It is recommended to clean enamelware promptly after use. Soaking the products in warm soapy water will help remove baked on food but avoid using abrasive sponges or brushes as this may scratch the surface. Coating your pans in a light layer of oil before cooking can help with cleaning after use. Lemon juice or bicarbonate of soda can remove stains
