Please note:
Enamelware is known for its durability and resistance to breaking; however it is porcelain fused onto steel and so can chip when dropped or handled roughly. Chips do not make it unsafe to use, as the steel naturally oxidises.
It is recommended to clean enamelware promptly after use and to avoid abrasive materials as this may scratch the enamel. Lemon juice or bicarbonate of soda can remove stains.
