Handmade Black Suri Bowl and Pestle Small

A grinding bowl known as suribachi is a common tool in Japanese cooking, for grinding and mashing food.  The jagged surface inside the bowl makes it easy for grinding but also leaves enough texture in the ingredients.

Suri bowls are perfect for making guacamole dip, mashed potato, spice mix, in miso making and more.
