ORGANIC FARMS

The organic mint is sourced from a certified organic farm “Loudaya bio” about 30 km outside of Marrakech. The garden is a unique combination of Moroccan tradition and European engineering. The seedlings have been carefully selected in Tiznit, the most well-known mint region in Morocco. The irrigation system has been developed on-site with Swiss agricultural engineering. The micro-climate and the experienced workers are further key elements to producing an outstanding quality and taste profile.

The Green Tea is produced by the Zhu family in the Fu An Tea Garden in Fuliang County near Jingdezhen in Jiangxi Province, China. This organic project with Chinese friends about 6 years ago. The first step was to adjust the maintenance in the fields and the production methods to organic standards. In the second step, we arranged an export certificate to enable them to export directly without going through local traders. The third step is to promote and distribute their teas which include an exchange about the target quality before the harvest starts. The goal is to produce lighter and fruitier teas with delicious taste profiles.
